Gosaikunda Pilgrims TrekGosaikunda Pilgrims is a trekking route of Langtang and in front of lodge in Gosainkunda is holy lake and there is temple Shiva that Hindu believes long time ago god Shiva will stay and take shower in Gosainkunda lake that’s why lake is automatically holy but there are several lakes around Gosainkunda lake which is recognize by different names like a Saraswatikunda, Surya Kunda, Bhairab Kunda, Dudh Kunda, Gosainkunda are etc. Two or three days from Dhunche but there are direct way to go but that is too high for you which we aren’t suggested you. Regarding Hindus culture Lake Gosaikunda was shaped by god Shiva by his Trident. He has to digest the Kalka poison which was the product obtain from Samundramanthan (for example rope fixed on stick both top of rope you can hold on your both hand and sacking turn by turn) by god and ashore. Thousands of Hindu pilgrims trip the lake each year through the full- moon festival in August. According to the Hindu legends, when the God churn the primeval ocean to create elixir of everlasting life, the poison was also produced simultaneously. To save the cosmos from this poison, Lord Shiva drank it scare his throat blue in the method. The most auspicious day for the Pilgrimage is Full moon day (Shrawan Purnima, which we call holy thread festival) in July. Uncountable pilgrims from Nepal and India went to Gosainkunda and take bath bath in the Lake. To cool down his blazing throat, Lord Shiva struck his trident into the rock creates three springs which eventually resulted in the formation of spectacular lakes. Lastly, Lord Shiva drank the water of the lakes and get rid of the pain. This trek give outstanding views of snow-capped mountains, charming valley and glimpse of exotic 108 holy lakes with different ethnic society.We follow a rocky trail with theatrical views, to the west Himal chuli (7893m) Manaslu (8163m.) and Ganesh Himal (7400m). On a clear day, even the Annapurna range can be seen rising up behind and to the north across the valley is Langtang Lirung. We pass a few huts in the high picture of Laurebina, cross a small border and your first views of the holy lakes. Gosainkunda Basin, the main three being Saraswatikunda, Bhairabkunda and Gosainkunda.

 Day 01:- Dhunche (2030m.) by bus 10 hours drive, Lancruiser 5 hours drive, overnight hotel.
Day 02:- Trekking to Thulosyapru (2720m.) it takes 6 hours walk and overnight hotel.
Day 03:- Trek to Singumpa (Chandanbari) (3250m.) it takes 5 hours walk and overnight hotel.
Day 04:- Trekking to Gosainkunda (4300m.) it takes 6 hours walk and overnight hotel.
Day 05:- Trek back to Singumba (3250m.) it takes 5 hours walk and overnight hotel.
Day 06:- Trek back down direct to Dhunche ((2030m.) it takes 5 hours walk, overnight hotel.
Day 07:- Back to Kathmandu by bus 10 hours drive, Lancruiser 5 hours drive, overnight hotel.
