The option route begins from Gokyo is much easier. Gorgeous, multi-hued prayer flags, prayer wheels and intricately carved mani stones line every hilltop, rock wall and trail side, singing prayers for everyone's well-being. Serene Beauty of Gokyo lakes in the shadow of snowcapped mountains and the spectacular view of high Himalayas including four of the world's highest 8000 meters peaks like Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Mt. Everest from Gokyo Ri enhance the trek. From there, the trail makes descend along the opposite bank of the Dudh Kosi. Trekking in this region takes one to the foothills of the mightiest of the mountains in the world. Traverses through Rhododendron and pine forests, rivers, Sherpa villages and Buddhist Monasteries from temperate to snow line regions. We return to Lukla passing through Thame, a vantage point for the dramatic views of snow capped mountains not seen from anywhere in Khumbu. The strong fragrances of flowers refresh the mind and feel wonderful to camp there and have a very sweet sleep at night.
Day 01: Kathmandu to Lukla (2850m.) thirty minute. by flight & same day trek to Phakding (2610m.) it takes four hours walk via Cheplung (2660m.), Ghat village (2592m.), Thado Kosi (2580m.), lodhe/hotel till Phakding.
Day 02: Trek to Namche (3440m.) it takes six hours walk. This day you cross three bridges in Jorsalle village (2740m.), Everest national park check point & after third bridge steep up until Namche Bazar.
Day 03: Acclimatization in Namche and sight seeing in local village, national park museum, Everest panoramic view from syangboche and down to hotel in the after noon.
Day 04: Trek to Dole (4200m.) it takes six to seven hours walk. All the way from Kyanjuma (3550m.) where you can see close view of Thamserku mountain (6618m.), Monla dada (3800m.), steep down to river side (3200m.) where you stop for lunch & continue to Dole your final destination.
Day 05: Trek to Machhermo (4470m.) it takes four hours walk via luza (4360m.) & your last destination in Machhermo. You can visit Himalayan Rescue Association AID post where doctor give lecture about high altitude. This day you can see Mt. Chhoyo (8201m.) clearly from on the way.
Day 06: Trek to Gokyo (4800m.) it takes five hours walk via Phaga (4480m.) after here path is side of old glacier walk up to cross small bridge & trail is from side of Gokyo first lake, second lake & third lake is Gokyo lake it call also holy lake. Your hotel is right side from Gokyo lake.
Day 07: Trek to Rermo Pokhari (4800m) via Renjo Pass (5345m): Early morning get up from Hotel in Gkyo take breakfast continue it takes seven to nine hours walk.
Day 08: Trek to Thame (3800m) via Dudh Pokhari. This day you walk down to below four thousand meters and better sleep in the night. Mostly people from sea level and every people doesn’t have habit in mountain.
Day 09: Trek to Namche (3440m.) via Thamo hydro center which is together build between eco him and Austrian government, Sir Edmand Hillary Nursery and finally you are in Namche.
Day 10: Trek to Phakding (2610m.) four to five hours walk. Steep down till third of Jorsalle (2740m.) & walk between local village, lodge/hotel and local public terrace.
Day 11: Trek to Lukla (2850m.) three hours walk. Via Ghat (2592m.), Thado Khosi (2560m.) Cheplung (2660m.) & steep up till Lukla (2850m.) twenty minute.
Day 12: Morning flight to Kathmandu from Lukla thirty minute & finigh your trek in Himalaya.
