People of this area are generally Tibetans culture but originally they are Nepali only they stay close to Tibet that is the region looks similar and language quite similar too. The trail may end back in Syabrubesi of follow the Langtang trek from Briddim village via Khamjim. Goljung has an ancient monastery. Travelers will get a option to watch activities from local communities of Syaprubesi, Mane and others village development committee in Tamang Heritage trekking. 8 days Tamang Heritage Trek itinerary

Day 01 Kathmandu to Syaprubesi (1460m.) via Trisuli Bazar, Dhunche (2030m.) (district head quarter of Rasuwa) by local bus 12-14 hours & Lancruiser 6-7 drive. On the way during your driving period you can see different local village of Nepalese life style.

Day 02 Trek to Gatlang (2238m.) via Ronga Bhanjyang, Godam,  it takes 6 hrs walk and finally you arrive in Gatlang. Trekking in these route you can see actual culture of Tamang community who lives in remote area of Nepal.

Day 03 Trek to Tatopani (2607m.) it takes 6 hrs walk via Chilime, Gonggang and finally you reach in Tatopani which means hot water in our local language.

Day 04 Trek to Thuman (2338m.) it takes 5 hrs walk via Nagthali Ghyang & Brimdang this day you walk even above three meters and jeckjack trail, monastery, enjoy view on the way finally you arrive in Thuman.

Day 05 Trek to Timure (1762m.) it takes 5 hrs walk via Dalphedi, hot spring, monastery. Today you can see view down valley from on the way your destination and finally you reach in Timure.

Day 06 Trek to Briddhim (2229m.) it takes 6 hrs walk via Lingthing. Early morning after breakfast went up to Rasuwagadhi (1814m.) to see border between Nepal and to see local Nepalese life style and back to Timure than continue to Briddhim.

Day 07 Trek to Syabrubesi (1460m.) it takes 3 hrs walk via Wangal and finally you arrive in Syabrubesi and finish your walking in mountain.

Day 08 Drive back to Kathmandu via Dhunche, Trisuli Bazar by local bus 12-14 hours and private Landcruiser 6-7 hours drive. On the way during your driving period you can see different local village of Nepalese life style.
