Arun River Rafting is one of the tributaries of river Sapta Kosi that flows in the Eastern Nepal. Mostly Bhotia people, many of whom still practice the old Bon Po religion, sparsely inhabit this upper valley. The Arun River rafting provides some of the most demanding rafting adventure in Nepal. As the river has influential currents, rafting lovers may face more challenge each day. Tumlingtar is the clear and most suitable starting point and we recommends that you fly here as it is only a short direct flight from Kathmandu and only 40 minute walk from the river. It cuts through the Himalayas in some deep and awesome gorges that have rapt travelers, join with Sun Kosi shortly before Indian Plain. Although the tricky access make only 3 days on the river possible, the isolated location and stunning mountain views make this a real wilderness Rafters either drive back Chatrara via Biratnagar of fly from Biratnagar to Kathmandu. The gorges and gradient ease off close to Chandanpur as the valley unlock out and the hills get inferior.

Day 01:- Kathmandu to Tumlingtar by flight and overnight tent camp.

Day 02:- Breakfast Savaiya Khola , lunch on the way and overnight tent camp.

Day 03:- Megan Besi attractive smooth excluding for little uneven mark III/IV, overnight tent.

Day 04:- This could be extra demanding than the preceding days and overnight tent camp.

Day 05:- Today is beautiful gentle and tranquil comparing to the past days and your rafting finish in Chattra and drive all the way back to Kathmandu.
