Day 09:- Hike up to Tilicho lake (4919m.) where you spend few hour back down and overnight hotel.

Day 10:- Tilicho Base Camp to Yak Kharka (4000m.) 5-6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 11:- Thorong Phedi (4450m.) 3:30 hours / High Camp (4925m.) 4:30 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 12:- High Camp to Muktinath (3800m.) via Thorong La pass (5416m.) 8-10 hrs walk and O/N hotel.

Day 13:- Muktinath to Pokhara (822m.) by drive and overnight hotel. This day after Muktinath drive down Jomsom if you interested flight to Pokhara stop there for next day or drive continue to Pokhara.

Day 14:- Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400m.) drive at least 8 hours if not traffic otherwise more and flight only 25 minute and overnight hotel.
