The trek involves a high-altitude crossing of the Mesokanto Pass, which is located at an elevation of 5,330 meters (17486.88 feet) above sea level. The trek begins from the village of Chame and follows the Marsyangdi River upstream before reaching Tilicho Base Camp. From there, the trail climbs steeply to the top of the Mesokanto Pass, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including Annapurna and Thorong Peak. After crossing the pass, the trail descends to Tilicho Lake, which is situated at an altitude of 4,919 meters (16,140 feet) and is one of the highest lakes in the world. The trek to Tilicho Lake via Mesokanto Pass is a physically demanding journey that requires a good level of fitness and acclimatization to high altitude. Day 01:- Kathmandu-Besisahar (760m.) 5 to 8 hours drive and overnight hotel.

Day 02:- Besisahar-Bahundada (1310m.) 5-6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 03:- Bahundada-Chamje (1420m.) 6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 04:- Chamje-Dharapani (1860m.) 5-6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 05:- Dharapani-Chame (2670m.) 6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 06:- Chame-Lower Pisang (3200m.) 6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 07:- Lower Pisang-Manang (3540m.) 5 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 08:- Acclimatization day in Manang and sightseeing in local village and overnight hotel.

Day 09:- Manang-Shree Kharka (4000m.) 4 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 10:- Shree Kharka-Tilicho Base Camp Hotel (4200m.) 5 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 11:- Tilicho Base Camp Hotel-Tilicho kharka approximately 4800m. and overnight tent.

Day 12:- Tilicho kharka-Kaisang Kharka (3600m.) via Mesokanto pass (5330m.) 8 hours walk O/N tent.

Day 13:- Kaisang Kharka-Jomsom (2710m.) 6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 14:- Jomsom-Pokhara flight 15-18 minute in the morning and transfer to hotel.

Day 15:- Pokhara-Kathmandu by drive 6 to 8 hours, air 25 minute and overnight hotel.
